He started with Encore’s logistics division in 2003 then moved on to manage AV services at some of the world’s largest meeting venues, including Mandalay Bay, Caesar’s Palace, and The Venetian. Since 2009, Rob has guided the Encore Productions team through significant growth and an expanded reach of global show support.
