About This project:
We partnered with Nicola Wealth Management on their Lead / IMPACT event that brought together over 300 invite-only affluent business leaders to connect on ways to optimize their philanthropy and community endeavors. Held at the Fairmont Pacific Rim Vancouver, Lead / IMPACT is a one of a kind event that provides thought leadership; supporting passionate leaders in their pursuit of continuous growth, gaining insight and experience to help drive their businesses and communication.

Client needs
The goal for this event was to showcase Nicola Wealth Management’s brand and that putting investments to good use can create a positive impact, in addition to offering a unique networking experience for their exclusive guests. The lead to create impact emphasizes that effective money management can result in rewarding benefits for the community and the investors.
We delivered
An intimate and engaging environment that also disrupted the attendee expectations of a traditional hotel ballroom meeting as well as connect investors with other investors through networking in a polished esthetic. And a modular stage set was configured and projection mapped to emphasize the slash motif and to fit well with the event space.
Transformative value (event outcomes)
With the disruptive design mandate there is always a risk of it becoming uncomfortable for attendees however through the design, the team was able to create a relaxed experience that encourages meaningful conversations and fellowship, to achieve the events objectives.
