Business Resource Groups
By creating an all-inclusive environment, we empower team members to be represented throughout various internal groups, which are open to all team members within the company. Our goal is to foster growth and development for our team members by offering compelling workshops, seminars and networking opportunities.
This group of dedicated team members promote the development and advancement of under-represented groups within Encore by providing continuous development opportunities, coaching and mentorship.
We support the development of effective strategies to recruit and attract a more diverse applicant pool for vacancies and management training programs.
Ultimately, we want to impact the growth and representation of Asian and Pacific Islanders at Encore’s highest level: providing support to improve their paths to supervisory and leadership roles and support them while they serve in leadership capacity; and build opportunities for recruitment of future leaders.

The Veterans of Encore BRG provides opportunities for all team members to recognize and welcome veterans and their families to Encore.
In doing so, it strives to provide social and professional networking opportunities, facilitate personal professional development opportunities, support Encore’s recruitment and retention of veterans, and participate or sponsor events within our communities to respect, honor and support our military and veterans.
The WellBeing at Encore BRG exists to support the mental, physical and social wellbeing of our Team Members and the larger communities they impact.
We accomplish this by working to overcome stigmas, providing resources and raising awareness of these important topics.
The Women of Encore BRG creates a network for the women across the organization to share ideas, support one another, and deliver programs that contribute to the professional and personal development of its members.
