The Brick – National Leadership Conference 2023
Objective
Encore and The Brick teamed up to host The Brick's 2023 National Leadership Conference at the Niagara Convention Centre. With this year's conference being their 10th annual event as well as the first in-person conference since 2020, Encore's team was excited to collaborate on the coveted event.
The conference theme was "Leading The Way" and this 3-day event included executive presentations, learning sessions, Buyer sessions, and an Awards Gala to celebrate employee excellence.

Solution
- Custom looks programmed by our Lighting Team including lasers and haze for additional visual impact during the Welcome Rally and Gala Reception.
- Scenic team provided a custom printed letter "B" logo at the center of the set design, accented by lasers. This provided next level illumination that allowed The Brick brand to pop in a unique way.
- Two display screens flanking the center stage and podium for comfortable audience viewing during the event.
- Creative graphics accenting The Brick logo displayed on various screens.
