Seneca College – Graduation Ceremony
Objective
Seneca required a clean and modern large-scale solution for visuals and audio, supporting 6000 guests per day over the course of 2 days.
Solution
- Ultra-wide centre screen with blended 4K projection was used for backdrop images
- 18’x 32’ 16:9 side screens and 6 delay screens were used to ensure every guest could see the content of the program perfectly
Outcome
The AV component of our Graduation Celebration wouldn’t have been possible without the expertise of Encore.
They made the planning process seamless and were very open to our ideas, questions, and concerns. Choosing Encore for our largest and first off-campus event post-pandemic was one of the best decisions we made. The team was professional, creative, and adaptable for this large event.
