GLOBE Forum 2022
Objective
Encore Canada partnered with GLOBE Series to produce their 2022 GLOBE Forum: Destination Net Zero event hosted at the Vancouver Convention Centre from March 29th to 31st, 2022.
This three-day hybrid event brought together over 2000 total registrants (1392 in-person, 455 virtual) and 228 unique speakers across 81 sessions. Participants included home-grown and global leaders, investors, innovators, and policymakers for clean technologies and a sustainable economy, including Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

- The plenary room included a 3-screen setup with full production audio, video, and a multi-camera system
- Speaker-ready room suite with a full turnkey Presentation Management system
- The main room and all 5 breakout rooms were fully equipped with hybrid event solutions
- High-profile marketplace stage within Trade Show
- Production support including dedicated event producer, technical director, and production manager
- Motion graphics for a walk-in look in the main plenary room and broadcast graphics package created for live-streaming by Medialab Creative Services
Outcome
