CSAE Annual Conference 2022

Objective

Encore Canada partnered with the Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE) to produce their 2022 Annual Conference hosted at the Halifax Convention Centre in October 2022.

They collaborated with our team to ideate for a hybrid event (live show with virtual option for attendees to join) to accommodate various sessions and keynotes with an attendance of 540 executive and business members.









Solution

  • General session room included 5 large screens (3 blended 12:36 ultrawide screens, 16:9 borderless screens on side, with laser projections)

  • PA mounted for optimum sound to the room centre, with sub + small fill front on stage

  • Lighting rig with multiple profiles, designed wash fixtures with LED lighting, and moving heads to wash the stage and create the effects.

  • Content, PPT templates, videos and designs curated and built by Medialab

  • Conference exhibit booth situated in the main hall, including rigging with Encore disks, monitors to showcase Encore media, booth table, and AR activation elements
