Objective
From May 8-12, 2023, Encore partnered with the Canadian Labour Congress for their 30th Constitutional Convention, an important national event happening every 3 years that brings together thousands of workers to chart a progressive path forward for all.
Held at the Palais des Congrès in Montreal, the event hosted 2500 delegates from across Canada to present proposed resolutions to be debated and adopted as policies.

Outcome
In the main room, delegates of the CLC’s 30th Constitutional Convention were greeted by an incredible 7,824 square feet of screen displayed at the front of the room with 520,000 lumens of projection. The entertainment stage hosted 10 different acts rotating between the morning and afternoon sessions. The custom head table surround, custom made by Encore’s Scenic department, sat 40 people.
The result was a successful, multi-lingual event with both awe-inspiring and purposefully designed AV, lighting, scenic, and production solutions. Over 25 technicians and operators helped make this event a success.
