With a retro-futuristic neon theme, the convention was titled ‘Defining the Future’ and brought together 4300 delegates in a fully virtual event using the Chime Platform.
With the need for a full parliamentary debate-style convention, the client knew that the Chime Q&A feature was not going to work for their needs. Thanks to many brainstorming sessions with the broader digital team, a creative solution was born.

Chime Live and Ottawa Presentation Stage
> A 40-foot LED wall was used as a backdrop for the live presenters using a polished neon image which transferred to the virtual platform well.
