The Art of Leadership Women 2022
Objective
In June 2022, Encore Canada partnered with The Art Of to produce The Art of Leadership Women conference at the Vancouver Convention Center for 1,300 attendees.
This one-day conference was the first event of a 3 city tour across Canada, featuring prominent Canadian women such as Clara Hughes, Jody Wilson-Raybould, and Arlene Dickinson.
The Art Of approached Encore to help ensure a flawless, consistent, and professional production experience across the 3 cities on this national tour.

Solution
- Main session room with 2 x 21 ft wide screens and a smaller 16 ft wide center screen
- Wireless mics with line array speaker system for main stage presenters
- Stage included plexiglass lectern for clean, sleek look
- Backdrop lighting to help enhance the drape
