2025 ACI-NA & ACI World Annual General Assembly, Conference and Exhibition

Objective

The ACI‑NA & ACI World Annual General Assembly, Conference and Exhibition brought together airport leaders, partners and stakeholders from across the world for education, networking and industry connection in Toronto, Canada. ACI‑NA & ACI sought to execute a cohesive, large-scale event experience that balanced strong branding, production and participant engagement across general sessions, an expo hall and sponsor-led activations. The goal was to confidently translate ACI‑NA & ACI’s vision into an intuitive, inclusive high‑impact environment while navigating the nuances of producing a major association event in Canada.

To support the continued growth of our relationship with ACI-NA & CI, Hargrove and Encore partnered to deliver an integrated event and expo experience that combined strategic design, custom fabrication and full-service production. Hargrove led experience design and exhibit fabrication in the expo hall, creating eye-catching environments that supported participant journeys and engagement with branded elements inspired by collective airport designs. Encore executed event production with staging, lighting and event technology across general sessions, breakouts and live programming. Through close cross‑border collaboration and local expertise, the collaborative team delivered an impactful, engaging on‑site experience that aligned creative vision with precise execution.
