Annette joined Encore in 2002 as Regional Vice President of Operations and was later named Vice President of Product Management, followed by Senior Vice President of Product Management, Workforce, Specialty Services & Supply Chain. She is currently responsible for Encore’s U.S. Production team, Las Vegas, Hargrove Operations, and Supply Chain.
