As part of a broader initiative to participate in a province-wide online career fair, Cielle & Co hosted Behind the Magic: Exploring the World of Events, Concerts and Experiences to introduce Ontario high school students to career paths in the meetings and events industry. The session aimed to highlight real career journeys, showcase the collaboration behind live experiences, and an authentic look at the people who bring events to life. Recognizing the importance of showing – not just telling – what modern event production looks like, Cielle & Co wanted to engage a partner to elevate what would be possible through a basic video-conferencing setup.

Encore Canada provided Cielle & Co with a fully equipped Presentation Stage and end-to-end production support to create an engaging, broadcast-quality environment that students would genuinely want to watch. Instead of a basic virtual setup, the session was filmed on a professional stage with polished lighting, audio, and visual integration, allowing the speakers’ stories and career journeys to come to life. The pre-recorded content was delivered as “live” during the online career fair with smooth transitions and clear visuals, ensuring the session felt dynamic, intentional, and aligned with how real events are produced.
