Encore Canada’s Hybrid Learning Experience at the Montreal Presentation Stage

Encore Canada delivered a bilingual hybrid learning experiencefor the Encore for All Educational Series, designed as the kickoffevent for the group. The goal was to provide meaningful education focused on fostering positive energy and strengthening workplace connections. The marquee session featured a French-language keynote translated live into English, ensuring inclusive access for all participants, whether attending in person or virtually.​

To bring this vision to life, Encore coordinated all production and event logistics, hosting 30 in-person attendees while seamlessly connecting with 50+ online participants. Our team secured and prepared the Presentation Stage, provided full catering and F&B services and delivered a polished hybrid setup optimized for both live and virtual engagement. Through integrated audio-visual support, live translation technology, and production management, we created an accessible and connected environment that launched Encore for All with impact and set the tone for an inspiring lunch-and-learn series.​
