National Regional Virtual Training Conference for the Union of Health and Environment Workers

Objective

Since 2021, UHEW-STSE has partnered with Encore to host a multitude of events, and the National Regional Virtual Training Conference was their fifth and final event of 2025.

Solution

Encore welcomed the UHEW team to the Encore Ottawa office, where the Presentation Stage was set up as their dedicated broadcast studio for live-streaming to 110 elected UHEW representatives over the course of the three-day event. The area was adapted to feature a functional stage complete with custom-branded podium and banners, serving as the central focus for the main virtual room throughout their program. Additionally, a bilingual, custom-branded Chime Go site was created with a centralized login and document repository, providing a consolidated hub for agendas, backup materials, and other essential resources. The Encore team takes pride in our partnership with UHEW and continues to build upon successes with mutual respect and world-class service.
