Solution

Encore designed an immersive environment inspired by the underground world of tunnelling. A large-scale LED wall anchored the stage, complemented by mountain-inspired scenic elements that recreated the natural landscape of tunnelling environments. A custom walk-through stage entrance enhanced speaker moments and created a strong visual identity for the event.

The plenary space was designed with flexibility in mind, enabling seamless transitions into gala and ceremony settings, maximizing both efficiency and guest experience.
