Encore Canada has been recognized on the industry stage once again, earning a BizBash Event Experience Award in the Best Use of Event Technology category. The honour celebrates the team’s innovative work on “Peak Perspectives,” a custom-built gondola activation created for PwC Canada’s 2024 Partner Conference.
Designed to recreate the iconic Whistler gondola experience inside a conference environment, Peak Perspectives blended immersive storytelling with advanced production technology. The installation featured personalized audio tracks, stunning 4K visual content, and faux natural scenery, transporting attendees into a curated alpine-inspired environment.
At the heart of the activation was a bespoke gondola structure engineered specifically for the event. Upon entry, attendees scanned QR codes that triggered individualized audio tracks incorporating each partner’s name and location. This personalized touch reinforced the conference theme, “Connect, Elevate, Inspire”, and transformed the experience into a meaningful moment of recognition and engagement.
Brand Ambassadors guided participants through the activation, ensuring a seamless and authentic journey. Inside the gondola, guests were immersed in a multisensory environment combining visual storytelling, spatial audio, and subtle scent cues to evoke the feeling of an outdoor ascent.
