The “R” Factor

Eat your heart out, Simon Cowell! Leveraging the popularity of the well-known reality/talent show, The “X” Factor, 250 attendees at the Reliance Home Comfort Sales Conference were encouraged to consider what made them “unique”.

In partnership with Accucom Corporate Communications Inc, AVW-TELAV created an “R” Factor-themed environment for Reliance, which focused on the feedback of judges, who ultimately determined what made the company and its employees stand out from the crowd.
