With more than 35 years of event marketing industry experience, Hélène’s expertise shows. She’s received accolades like inclusion in the Meetings + Incentive Travel Hall of Fame and receiving the MPI Atlantic Canada Chapter’s Barbara Broome Legacy Award; she’s also an active member of several organizations, including Meeting Professionals International and the Canadian Society of Association Executives. She’s been part of the Encore Canada family since 2017, and in addition to overseeing Sales and Operations in Atlantic Canada, Hélène also manages key customer accounts.
She prides herself on making clients feel valued and supported, and she views her work with clients as a partnership—working together to establish a vision and identify the creative solutions that will make the event successful for clients, attendees, and delegates. These game plans are critical to achieving an event’s goals, but they’re also essential to ensuring each team member knows exactly what’s expected of them and how to best work together. One of the best things she brings to the table, she says, is a contagious positive attitude.
